Hello, so my very first blog entry, not exactly sure what to say...so here goes. I am now a wife, mother, artist, and gallery owner. My girlfriend Becky and I opened an art gallery about 2 years ago. We have now grown and moved to a beautiful new space and completely love it. My daughter is almost 14 mos old. Her name is Emma and she is more challenging and amazing than I ever though a child could be! My husband, Derek, is a first year resident. He is learning all the ins and outs of being a doctor, he is gone a lot because first years tend to get all the call nights! So that brings me to my art. I am an artist struggling to find time to create, but I have been making time lately which is very exciting. So now I am listening to an old Cardigans album that is still one of my favorites and trying to think of something cool to say in my very first blog entry! I also make little stuffed animals, they are all on the right side of my page. I sell them on Etsy, an amazing place for artists to sell work.
